Samsung Trade in Program, how quickly does the process work thread.

6 since which email? That "They had received it and would be getting back to you within 7 to 10 Business Days?" - I got my confirmation of "Trade-in Approved", 11 Business days after that email... just so you know Sean!

Yes, they actually received and signed for it on September 1, but sent confirmation that they received it on September 4th. I forgot about the Labor Day weekend, so it has actually only been 5 business days since that email.

The order status on the Samsung Shop app still lists it as "pending receipt." But it sounds as though I shouldn't get too worried about it yet.

Mentally I just keep thinking that they have had possession of it for 13 days now

Im still waiting on acceptance letter. I just talked with rep and she said the normal 3-5 days is now 10-15 days to wait due to backlog. I also asked when will my rewards hit my account.....she said 30 days from purchase. I purchased 8/6...still no reward total. Then asked about the holding of $150 samsung credit...that changed from 15 days to 35 days once acceptance letter goes out. My issue is they are not sending out any emails explaining these massive delays due to the response for trade ins. and then we have to hold for an hour to get to correct department. ughhhh and oh...they received my note 10 plus mint condition on Sept 3.

So they got mine on 8/28 and I got my "Trade-in Approved" on 9/12... so you're still good, plus what 'fee dee cat" just said, as well!

Ugh....Finally got the my Approval letter at 6ish am. Not sure if it had anything to do with me being switched to different departments last night for an hour. But at last I can bring my anxiety level.

Yay!! I just got my email that my trade-in was successful! I can't believe they accepted it!! My S10+ totally had a crack on the camera glass and a deep gouge (not cracked) on the front. That was $550 that I didn't want to send to them! I have been so stressed about it and I am so relieved right now!

While awaiting my conformation for a successful trade-in, I did check my online order status. My pending trade-in has changed from awaiting receipt to "skippedimmtriagewindow." I have no idea what the heck that means. I hope that doesn't mean Samsung things I have opted to not send my trade-in and are saying that it is outside the trade-in window since they have had it since 9/1.

Also check your spam email daily , one member found his acceptance email in his spam box.

I finally did. Email came in about 4:45PM MST. That was followed by a couple of other emails about why Samsung is the #1 refrigerator and another about deals on televisions. I guess they just email bomb you at once
