Switching Apps from HTC Inspire to S4?

I just upgraded from a HTC Inspire(AT&T) to a S4. How do I transfer my apps to the S4? Or do I have to re-purchase all of them? Thanks.

You purchased them from your Google account? Log back in, go to play store, hit menu button, choose my apps and start installing from the list of previously installed apps.
Unless I'm completely wrong that should work.

That is correct! The apps that you previously purchased via Google Play will actually show: "PURCHASED" Just install them.
You will not be required to buy them again.
Enjoy your new S4. I've had mine less than a month and love it!
