Is the phone in your name ? Also how did you order it, in store, online or on the phone perhaps? I think the method of ordering may impact your ability to change addresses.

The phone is in my name and I ordered online. I remember one time I ordered over the phone and my middle initial on the package was wrong. I thought I had that corrected.

I was one of the first people to say this wasn't a upgrade if you was coming from a S8 or S8 plus but playing around with this phone for the last couple hours yes looks wise its very similar but Hardware is totally awesome I recommend this phone to anybody very fast!

I was so excited about my new phone yesterday I forgot to register for my free gift. I just registered for the Gear 360 today. The new in-app process made it quite easy! I should be getting it in about two weeks.

Does your note8 have issues loading 720p or higher quality videos on YouTube? Mine just buffers when going higher than 480p and I have unlimited plan with about download speed of 65 megabits...

You are correct. You register for the BOGO on T-MOBILE'S promotional web page and I registered for my 360 camera through the shop Samsung App

I thought you had to wait at least 24 hours after receiving the BOGO to register for the rebate card?

And we are out for delivery as of 4:30am! So guys... Should I get the wireless charger and SD card, or just stick with the Gear 360. I already have a 128GB SD card in my S8 that I'll be moving over, so it really for me is just the wireless charger.

I went for wireless charger and sd card. I had the camera for one day a few months ago and returned it. I went happy with the quality nor the fact that my unit overheated and shut down in the first 7 minutes of video.
