I had an issue one earlier this year with FedEx N.D.A. and a different phone. It didn't update so I was mad thinking it wouldn't show. Then FedEx guy brought it in. Wonder if that may happen with ups.

Haven't had no issues with t mobile and my pre order. But this is my first pre order tho so I don't know what to expect. So far its a emotional rollercoaster...????????????????????????

And just like that, I got my ship notification. Just like most of you, it’s “Order processed: Ready for UPS”

And to add fuel to that rumor, and yes he’s a rep but one I trust, is claiming that I am in for a treat and to expect my phone on the 5th. A guy over at Reddit and many in the thread have also been told the 5th too. Not expecting it but it sure would be nice!

Funny you mention this. I just dug up my S8+'s tracking number from back in April. I got my phone in the mail exactly 6 days after first receiving the "order processed" notification. I got the same notification for my Note 8 on the 30th, which would suggest that if T-Mobile is consistent, then I should receive my phone on the 5th.

Yes, I realize I'm reading tea leaves here.

Quite right. I was super-excited about my S8+, to the point where the very sight of a UPS truck evoked an emotional response from me. Not so much with the Note 8. Probably because it's sort of a minor upgrade over the S8/S8+. I'm pretty sure I'll take a few pictures with my new phone camera's optical zoom, enjoy the improved user experience that comes with 6 gigs of RAM, and then go back to normal.

I'll admit, though, that I've been checking UPS tracking every few hours.

I was going to say the same thing. Somewhere from the East coast to the eastern Gulf will get this storm I think. Some models take it around florida. Knowing my luck it will just around the time the phone is supposed to ship. Unless it does ship early next week like Samsung customer service is telling some people today.

Actually when I preordered the LG V20 I got it before it even showed up on UPS that it was out for delivery. I am glad I was home...I am sure that was a computer glitch

I imagine majority going crazy skipped the s8.
