T-Mobile: Galaxy Note 8 Pre-Order Thread

My TMobile account now says ships by 9/5, sah-weet!!!! UPS has not changed though, info unavailable for delivery date and still in processed, ready for pickup

Just pre-ordered mine yesterday and my card got charged today. The status just changed to shipped on the T-Mobile website but nothing on My UPS yet. Hopefully tonight I see some progress.

Yesterday I sent a very nice e-mail to John Legere's listed e-mail. I just got off the phone with a member of the executive team and he confirmed that pre-order shipments are indeed going out today. Good to see that is consistent with a few of the earlier posts from chats.

I tweeted a few myself. Help Desk DM'd me several times too to confirm shipping today but I don't think anyone will get them today, unless they were already on the truck at the beginning of the day and they just didn't update but I am not counting on it. I almost wet myself a little while ago because a FedEx truck stopped in front of my house and I thought WHAT???? it's coming FedEx instead???? and he started bringing this big box to the porch and it was my new kitchen sink I ordered but it wasn't suppose to come until tomorrow. Now only if hubby was here to get busy and start tonight installing it tonight because I know he already has to do some cutting to do on the opening on the countertop.

I ordered last Tuesday at a T-Mobile store and I paid for the 24.99 overnight shipping just check my account and it still says 913 - 915 hopefully I see some change

My order status in my Tmobile account now says 'ships by 9/5/17'. It previously said 'ships 9/13-9/15'.

Where is that? Are you on a desktop?
I see my account, in the app, says I have the Note 8, but its not in hands lol.

I think mine has been at UPS HUB here in Louisville the whole time, just needs to go on a truck and delivered but mine hasn't updated yet.

Kinda regretting getting the 3 day select versus overnight shipping. Logistically Louisville isn't too far from Atlanta so hopefully it still gets here soon

Mine hasn't updated yet either. Based what I see on the fleet updates, I won't expect to get mine (er, my wife's) until at the earliest tomorrow.

I did the one day shipping so it should get here tomorrow but I'm not counting my chickens just yet

I still use it when my business flights are delayed, especially when coming home (which then, they're almost always delayed).

New update. My T-Mobile says my phone ships TODAY, September 5. The mobile page is giving me an error but the desktop site reported the ship date to me. Still no UPS update. I can only infer that it must be on a truck from T-Mobile to UPS. Hoping to get my phone Thursday if all goes well!

Using a web browser on my phone. Click on order status and it was right there.
