For the promotion you need more than just imei you also need the wireless mac ( I was saying I knew there was something else needed but I couldn't remember what it was callef) you need the actual phone for that.

Did you do the promo through the shop samsung app? If so do you need the proof of purchase? Last year I did this through samsungs website so the shop samsung app way is new to me.

Same here...well not as soon as you but a few hrs after it started and still no movement...and I'm not hating but I'm see people that ordered a few days ago and they are getting there's tomorrow or the next day. I'm happy for them but I'm confused about my shipment.

Exactly I'm happy that people are getting movement but this year I told myself I'm gonna order asap so I can get it quick 1st come 1st serve and it doesn't seem to be the case

If you do call them plz let us know what they say....I ordered mine on the 25th and I don't have any movement and they told me that they are on back order and waiting on more inventory. i don't understand stand that.

Mine changed from delivery on 5th to now delivering on 6th. Top of UPS page said in transit on time but at bottom of page still no origin scan and says ready for UPS. Wtf?
