T-Mobile: Galaxy Note 8 Pre-Order Thread

Since my order was placed today around 1pm at point will I or should I start getting UPS information? I'm far from the most of you who already has a tracking number. So maybe tomorrow sometime I'll get something. Also will they charge my bank account when they ship or when they process a tracking number?

You might be in the back of the line and probably closer to receive it next week if you just placed a order.

Apparently those of us who couldn't get an order in until late Thursday should see updates moving tomorrow. Apparently Samsung's goal is to get most of the devices out to customers before September 12th to avoid people defecting to Apple. Let's just say they will have their fears realized if others are getting their devices who ordered after me and I am not watching the keynote from my Note8

I even paid for overnight air

I ordered the Tmobile version from Samsung and same thing. Says shipped but tracking number doesn't work. I paid $14 for overnight too. UPS still has not picked it up. I might have a cat 4 or 5 hurricane in my area and have to leave Friday. I hope I get it by then so I'm not gone but UPS still delivers that day and leaves it at my door to get blow apart along with my house.

I ordered my Note 8 literally at midnight on the 24th, it has been stuck on Order processed ready for UPS since the 30th, so it has been a week now and I'm really hoping that we all start to see some movement already

Sounds like same thing Samsung is doing too. I guess they all are shipping sept 6th then. Lets see if later this morning it's scanned.

Nice that'll will be great if they give some deep discounts for full price, might at least make me consider the carrier version instead of unlocked version for future.

I already pay full price. That would be a welcome change.

Jealous of all of you. Still in PartiallyPreOrder limbo and don't know when I'm getting out. Would this have anything to do with my delayed signing of the EIP on JOD? I would think not, but I could be wrong...

It's just a theory, but I don't think we will get a notification until the phone actually arrives. This is what happened when I ordered my S8 in March and it arrived in April. I received on notification like they one we all have, which said "Order Processed" and then one notification that it had been delivered. That's it. I had the next day Air Saver then, which I also have now.

Here are the only two notifications I received in April:

They thought I was still PartiallyPreOrder cause of my color, but nope. I was called about a card being declined but I immediately called it to fix it and they said it went through. I'm stumped and annoyed.
