T-Mobile: Galaxy Note 8 Pre-Order Thread

I'm going to go Note 8 hunting to see if they have arrived at any retailers. If so, bye bye TMO. I'll just switch. No reason my phones shouldn't have some movement at this point. Take the delivery date out of the mix, lable created on 8/30 and hasn't even been picked up and staged at a UPS hub? To me, that's unacceptable by any shipping standards.
 
When did you get my there scan? I'm in MI as well and don't see any movement yet.

I got my tracking number on the 30th but I did ordered on the 25th....so I know its not first come first surved because I seen ppl getting theirs today and they ordered on the 1st.

I doubt they'll be a vailable today for pick up at retailers. You might get to preorder and put at the end of a queue, but that would be it.

From the replies, it sounds like since I ordered a few days later, I expect mine will come about the 15th...

Never hurts to check! I'm just tired of having to chase TMO on things. This was an early release and I get that. But I've had so many other issues since the Note 7, it's become exhausting dealing with the nonsense. Considering others that ordered after myself have at minimum movement on their items is frustrating. I would think if I'm dropping almost 3k on phones I would get a little bit more help then "oh well!" from the company.
 
So my phone was to be delivered today... But they updated and said a late flight caused it to miss it getting on the truck... How do I contact them and tell them I will go pick it up?

In the past I've been able to call the local office directly. Alternatively you can use My Choice to have it held. But I think a phone call might be the better bet.
 
I'm hoping this is one of those situations I seen on here when I don't see a updated scan until it arrives. This is my first pre order mot a good experience.
 
will the UPS just leave the phone at my door or do I have to be there to sign for it with the 3-day delivery
 
So irritated. My friend with Sprint got his yesterday. I still have not updated movement on mine as of this morning. Plus i have three day shipping so I guess I am in for a LONG wait!

T-Mobile doesn't make them require signature so they should leave it.

Really? Mine says that a signature is required (and fortunately I live in an apartment with a front desk to receive packages). I wonder why we have different authorization requirements.

Yeah it's a problem with TMO. I've had my last 3 orders left on my apartment doorstep, thankfully I only live about 20 minutes from work so I can run home. What's funny is they told me they can only ship to the billing address for security reasons lol.
