This has absolutely been the WORST "pre-order" experience I have ever experienced. My original estimated delivery was Aug. 28 thru Sept. 5th now the app says Sept. 19th thru Sept. 26th. Please enlighten me, what is the purpose of a PRE-ORDER if you won't get the device until almost a MONTH AFTER the device is released??? I just received this text from T-Mobile saying my order has been delayed. What a smack in the face Samsung! I am at a loss for words and I am so tempted to call up Tmobile and Samsung and completely blow up.
