The receipt should come with the phone I believe the big deal is having the IMEI off the phone in order to generate that free gift

You also need the wi-fi MAC address which will NOT be on a receipt. So you cannot order the gifts until you have phone in hand.

I make no speculation, but past experience with probably 7 tmo preorders. Monday at the latest. As tmo already has orders being prepared. But at this point it's so Close to release date, what difference does 1-3 days make.

Nobody knew when until the cards got charged. Not sure if you know retail much, but you don't charge unless you are ready to process and ship. At least that's how systems are designed in most companies.

The only thing certain is, if you were charged. Your order is ready to ship. So lue of shipping problems outside of tmo. You will get your device by 19th.
