Because it's a waste of time. They aren't giving actually answers. The very first legit answer was " hey, card was charged". Next will be " hey email/text" and finally " it has ARRIVED"
Waste of who's time? People are going based off of past experiences or what reps have told them. Just let it rock. They aren't hurting anyone
