When I log into my T-Mobile account, my order only shows my current device and the new device is greyed out with a question mark. The order number is also blank.

We ordered them together but have 2 different order numbers. Will they still ship one without the other ?

This is how TMO suggests you do the orders for multiple phones. Orders have to be completed to ship, so if one gets back ordered, all will be held if under one order.

Yes, Teo order numbers will ship separately.

Any Jump on Demand orders shipped? I have 3 black and 1 blue, I forgot from last time.. Should have done separate orders because if it's on one order, it's all or nothing..

Yes, I got the text Friday saying my order is being packed for shipment for delivery by 8/19. But other than that, nothing else.

Yeah that's how the JOD deem to look until TMO has them shipped in their system.

Now, I have a JOD from last year for my sister that still shows a blank phone, but the shipping info updated and is under the grey picture.

You should be good to go. It seems that it's the blue that is being held up unless u ordered on the first few days pre ordered started

Miami FL. Got a tracking number text and email almost a day after my tracking info appeared on UPS website lol.

Yeah just checked my email and got the tmobile it's on the way email. woo hoo.

T-Mobile finally caught up to My UPS. Got a message from T-Mobile, checked my account online it says shipped.

Yeah, my account is all over the place for my JOD order.

On the app on my phone, it still says processing with blank device.

Login online, there's an alert that says my order has shipped, when I click on details, shows blank phone and no shipment details.

But I have received text and email with tracking info.

It is going to be late tonight. There is really no reason to keep checking it today. The updates will be tonight.

UPS basically has the package Blues. They are right near the UPS hub doing this, they will all be scanned picked up tonight when the company takes the trucks over there.
