If you have the Note 4, why would you return it to preorder the Nexus 6?That's why I bought the note 3. Bigger battery and bigger screen then my nexus 5 which battery a was sub par Imo. Got the note 4 but might want to see if I can return it and pre order the nexus 6 at t-mobile

Nexus had faster updates and no carrier bloat?

You would give up a better camera, removable battery, expandable storage, S-pen, and software features for no bloatware and faster updates?Nexus had faster updates and no carrier bloat

Different strokes for different folks. But I think Google is genius for heading to the phablet market right now. With the iPhone+ selling better than the regular 6 and the Note 4 out, the time couldn't be better. This is their way of getting their brand noticed by the masses rather than tech geeks like us. I say bravo to them. This is the smartest move they've made in a while. Releasing it on all carriers means they're finally taking the Nexus line seriously and so ate the carriers.Or, ya know, pants that look good on them. I don't wear skinny jeans, but I'm a thin person and I've never looked good in loose fitting jeans. Slim-fitting jeans are my go-to, and I don't plan on buying new pants that I like less just because no Android manufacturer out there wants to make a reasonably-sized device. I'm still baffled by this new direction that the Nexus line is taking. I just can't see who can look at a 6" phone and find it practical. Maybe I'll take that back in a year, but I found the LG G3 to be the absolute largest I'll ever go with a phone (and even then, it was a little uncomfortable) and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Can't wait to see the outcome. I'm expecting big things for the 6 and 9!

Yes there is, it is called the Nexus 5.Except for one difference: there is a current-generation smaller iPhone option. There is no current-generation smaller Nexus.
I have a Note 2 and have enjoyed it but am definitely taking the Nexus 6 over the Note 4 with no hesitation. Why? 10% more screen area, ok google turn on when phone is off, better camera in low light conditions (don't need 16 megapixels - 13 is more than enough), no touchwiz to slow things down, build quality and style!!!
Comparing it to other huge phones just cements my decision. I've owned a note 1 and 2 and it was big clumsy phone that couldn't be operated by one hand despite software tricks.
