Ok so a lot of you have been asking why they didn't stop imports of the HTC One X until now. After some digging I think I know why. The ITC ruling prevented imported phones after April 19th of this year. My guess is the One X, and probably a shipment of the Evo LTE, was shipped in before this. This new shipment is probably the first to be imported. With this in mind there is probably going to be a limited quantity of the HTC Evo LTE available... hopefully on the 18th as previously stated.
