We needed ANOTHER post of you sting your dislike for these threads? Seriously, we're not doing anything wrong, and only YOU are hurting yourself by coming here and opening the threads.
I feel your frustration but why do you keep commenting on every single one of them. Just don't pay it any attention. Yes it gets redundant but it's ok for people to share their stories. We are all excited
That was very nice of the Verizon representative. I stopped riding this emotional wave a week and a half ago. I don't blame any Verizon reps who are trying to pacify people (possibly for fear of some equivalent of a cell phone terror attack) but I think we've already learned to not trust any information until the phone [in non-dummy form] is in our hands.
It'd be great if it was tomorrow. I hope that the Verizon rep calls you back at the very least.

it's all just a big marketing ploy people just like lightning! basically everything builds up and gets charged and snap! there it is! A Thunderbolt!!

I really don't want to read any more rumors and to me, Facebook is the ultimate rumor generator - it's like rumors on steroids to the max. The only way I'd believe this was if it were posted on VZW's own website or a story published in a legitimate newspaper.
As excited as I was about getting this phone a few weeks ago is as UN-excited as I am now. Today (and for about the last week and a half) it's become just another phone that I'll believe is for sale when I see it on the store shelves or for sale on VZW's website - and that does NOT mean pre-ordering the blasted thing either. We've all seen what a joke that is.

I agree with Cory. Anyone making personal derogatory comments about other users should be warned and, if they don't stop, then banned from the forum. It's a forum where we agree and disagree and so forth. But personal comments like "fat" or "moron" should be out of bounds.
Not getting my hopes up either but will stop by my local Best Buy when they open
Just got off the phone with a local Best Buy and the mobile rep said they just got their shipment and will most likely be releasing tomorrow...Don't flame me, just saying what they told me....Still trying not to get too excited...

doesn't really prove anything, i'm not saying your def lying or anything but can't blame me for being skeptical with all stuff that floats around on the web like i said i hope you guys are right i really do, but unless its proven that these calls are widespread coming from both best buy and VZW more VZW then best buy cuz we all know how unreliable Best buy is or VZW makes a official statement i'm not taking anything anyone says on here as fact i'd have to be foolish to do so
You don't know they got the information from vzw. For all anyone knows they could have gotten their information from here.
