how do you get to verizon chat?

I'm wondering this same thing. I can't find where you chat with them. I've done it before, but it's like they've hidden the option.

Go to verizon website. Try to purchase new smart phone. Then cancel order. The try to purchase it again, when you do that 2nd or 3rd time, Bright RED "chat now" will show up in one of your window.

so 2 reps have said tomorrow it will be released... I know it is unlikely this will really happen (if it does HOORAH!) but the fact that 2 reps are saying tomorrow morning and not giving the normal run around is a def out of the norm.

I was in my local best buy today and I was told the 17th but they said it wasn't confirmed but that is what the verizon reps have been tell them the last couple days that is what they told me anyway. I will be stoked if it comes out tomorrow but I doubt it because bestbuy would already have it in stock and I would have got my thunderbolt already! I think the the 17th or 24th are probably more realistic but dont get me wrong I will be getting my thunderbolt from Bestbuy or verizon who ever has it first! I am Sick of my POS Lg Voyager!! I want MY THUNDERBOLT!!
