Thunderbolt Pre Announcement Waiting Room & Availability Thread.

I'm sure we'll see lots of these tonight. Anyway here is mine

You: Ok, great. I am interested in the Thunderbolt and was looking for some insight as to when it is going to be available. I am going out of town and debating on preordering it from BestBuy. Are there any updates as to when it will be available to purchase? Since I'd much rather buy from VZW instead of BestBuy
Laisla: I am honestly not sure of the release date. Many say tomorrow but I am not sure with the date as from Verizon. Hopefully it will be available tomorrow. I have took trainings on this phone and believe it or not, much better than the iPhone. But that is my personal opinion.
You: Yeah, I really like some of the new things on the Thunderbolt..Never really a fan of the iphone. Well I guess I'll have to wait till tomorrow to find out. I appreciate your help.

You do realize that most of these chats are "bots". You ask a question, they go through the list of possible answers and pick one. I once asked a comcast "chat" person if they were a bot, they said yes. Sure, I hope it comes out tomorrow, but until we get at least a confirmation on ANYTHING besides the phone exists, its just a waiting game.

Just looking at the link in this quote, it seems very specific in the direction it takes you from the click. There's a region and everything in there.

Just got off work. I will be pissed if this phone is out tomorrow. Yet happy. Like i said, BB in glendale said it will be out tomorrow. I was told this after the customer service rep went over to mobile to check. I will be yelling at my co worker for not telling me. IF this is true.

I'm really not going to get my hopes up but it would be cool if it was tomorrow. Also, HTC Thunderbolt's Facebook page is being sketchy and vague as usual. They're almost kinda sorta hinting at tomorrow but they've yet to give any solid information anyway.

Hey guys, just talked with my brother who works at best buy and he told me his mobile manager said they are expecting them in tomorrow I also talked to his friend whos over, hes a manger at another best buy and said he was told they should be getting them in tomorrow.. I REALLY need to not get my hopes up (yet here I am doing so!!!)

You: Yea thats what Ive heard as well - so Verizon might be doing a preorder tomorrow, or selling it? I saw best buy was taking preorders last week, but they dont honor the early upgrade

VZW: I know they did the pre-order for the Iphone. If it will happen on the Thunderbolt, has not been mentioned. I would definitely visit the website again early early as in 3:amish to see if updates on the Thunderbolt has been released.
