I don't think they do either. Can't really blame them, the reps are probably the last ones to know anything, just doing what they're told. I just wish Verizon would say something, just acknowledge they are listening to us. I'd respect them more if they would say what's going on. I'm gonna buy the phone, just wanna know what's wrong.
