Meanwhile, I'm getting antsy for the TB so I added a taste of it to my Pixi. Hopefully, the TB comes soon, because the Pixi, though a pretty good phone, is starting to wear out. (yeah, its been a week. That's how much I use it)

The Wallpaper app. It said it came in a resolution high enough for the iPhone 4's display so it should work on an android phone too.

Verizon updated their website a couple of minutes ago. No mention of the Thunderbolt, but they are now advertising the iPad2.

Anyone surprised? I know I'm not.

It's honestly sickening. What once was the allure of VZW to me (being a company that took on Apple with Android) is now revolting.

They're in the business to make money, not social statements. Apple is a cash cow and so they're going with what makes them money.

I love Android for the freedom it gives me. I don't love it because it's "not Apple" or because.

The true sign of a "fan boy" is someone who makes the brand of phone they buy part of their identity. You can be a passionate Android user (as I am) but don't fall into the trap of making it representative of who you are.

@ thedeceiver - Speaking for myself, I'm a fan of what suits me best. And right now, Android suits me best. Eventually, something that suits me even better will come along and I will become a fan of that. I admit, I was intrigued by Apple products at one time, but after much research and hands-on testing, it was obvious that they are not for me. By no means does ANY product or brand define me though.

It would serve Verizon right if HTC took the TB and went to Sprint or AT&T with it. Renamed the phone and put it out there. That is if the phone truely was ready in Feb.. Me being the cynical person that I am, wouldn't be surprised if Apple put some sort sales requirement on VZW before another phone could be released. Is this not first phone since VZW started to sell iPhones?

I guess it's another day of hurry up and wait.
