Trade In made , to HylaMobile 1401 LAKEWAY DR STE C LEWISVILLE, TX US

every trade-in I've done has been returned to Lakeway Dr. in Lewisville. I'm personally familiar with the facility...it's about a 20 minute drive from my house. it's legit.

That's what mine has. Makes me nervous since last year Samsung tried to deny my trade in and I had to set that straight asap.

I and many others had their trade in''s denied last year, But they reviewed the unpacking and said it was a mistake. I swear it was not this Hyla Mobile

It's legit. That's the entity my trade-in device is headed to as well, and I remember it from previous years.

I don't remember that!
I'm pretty sure that's the same place our GW5 went to get the trade in credit.

And many of us ended up calling to complain after not seeing any progress and they just submitted the credit manually. I made sure to tell the rep how I had pictures and video proving the pristine condition and working order of the device before they even had a chance to try and screw me.

Yes, I used them before. Last year I sent my Galaxy Watch trade-in to this place. This company has another warehouse in Tennessee, but now opened a location in DFW area as well.
This is not the same company many people had issues with trade-in with S23 series.

Samsung must have subcontracted Assurant to be the company that reviews trade in returns. I trade my Tab S8 for the Tab S9, and that is my trade-in address as well

Hyla Mobile is where my husband & I sent our watch trade-ins for our new Watch 6 Classics last August.

His made it to their warehouse & then just seemed to disappear. My Watch 3 magically turned into a broken Flip 5.

Yeah fun times. I swore I wasn't going to do trade-ins this time, but here I am...
😔

My return label has exactly the same address:
Attn: Assurant
Hyla Mobile
1401 LAKEWAY DR STE C
LEWISVILLE, TX US

Same.

Normally Samsung would include a padded envelope to put the return device in. It doesn't seem that it did that this time. Just wrap my trade-in in the two miles of packing and put it back in the same box?

That's where my ZF4 went last September! Also, this is the first time they included the printed label in with my packaging. I don't even have to print a label out now.

That's what I've done for all my trade-ins. Wrapped it up & put it in the same box that Samsung sent the new device in.

I've never received a padded envelope. Although, I feel like I'm heading for a padded cell.
😁

What? Samsung never did this for me - it's always my own box (box it came in would usually be too big with the accessories) and my own newspaper filler. lol

Now Apple - they used to send me a thing to put the iPhone trade in, in . I haven't traded in an iPhone in years, tho.

No printed label in my box. I had to download and print it myself. But, I had to do that last time when I traded in my Note 10+ for my S22 Ultra.

Meh...I'm and IT specialist, I already work in a lunatic asylum. :p
