Hmmm, did you guys notice in that matrix grid, that the Nexus and Razr are going to have a "MicroSIM" for LTE, whereas all of the older 4G Phones (including the Bionic and even the newer Rezound) come with a "Standard SIM"?
I wonder if that means the LTE radio has a smaller footprint as some were expecting? Better battery life performance as a result?

It says VZW is the exclusive launch partner for the Samsung Galaxy Nexus 4G LTE smartphone. Doesn't necessarily mean they're the exclusive carrier for the GNex in the US - just the 4G LTE one. (Of course, I could be wrong about that fact, but since none of the other US carriers have announced the GN...)

Yes, its just clever wordplay. All the other carriers could get it, just not 4G LTE of course. Which I'm sure AT&T and Sprint customers might be disappointed by.

My OG Droid has been seriously struggling this past week. It has been so frustrating. It takes me 30 seconds just to get an app up and running. I am anxiously awaiting the GN but for the first time today, the Droid Razr has crossed my mind as potentially being my next phone. The Costco bundle deal for the Razr is very enticing...
I need some GN hope soon or I'm going to lose it and get the Razr.

Have you tried a manual reset? That helped me until my power button broke.
I'm sure this is exactly what Verizon is hoping you'll do. I doubt we'll see any release dates until after the 11th. I have a hard time believing that Verizon will do anyhting to interfere with (or distract from) the Razr release.
I was actually rooted. I read on DroidForums to unroot, then reroot, to help fix laggy Droids. I did that and my phone was working flawlessly for the first week with a custom Gingerbread ROM but now it has kinda gone to crap. I probably should have stuck with a Froyo ROM.
The Rezound looks like a great phone, but with ics coming I don't want a phone with obsolete buttons on it. Will wait for the nexus.
This is starting to get a little irritating. I dislike the fact that we've seen other phones announced and launched since the presentation. Starting to really suck to wait...

It's official 12/20/12 and it will be indestructible so at least when the world ends the next day we will have a pic of our self saved via facial recognition, and no one can ever hack our phone. Of course only if they have a pic of us

I am waiting patiently for the Nexus and it will be worth the wait. I feel like Verizon has to launch these other phones first in order to try and sell them. I hope the Rezound comes out on Monday like predicted so that we can finally focus on the Nexus.
I have always liked the way Apple does it. Releasing 1 phone a year and having the 2nd year be a refresh and feel like Nexus is on the same schedule. Nexus One followed by the Nexus S. I do not feel that people who got The One jumped on the S but will Jump on The Galaxy Nexus. I hope it will be the same for me. I have gone through every Android phone that has dropped on Verizon, trying to get the best phone and always being disappointed. Mostly because of software upgrades and feeling like I am always waiting for the next software update. When it finally comes it is buggy and screwed up by the manufacture.
I believe that we will all be rewarded for waiting and getting the Nexus and it won't matter that a new phone comes out that has a better camera or thinner profile. Because when Jelly Bean comes out we will be the first to get it and we all can browse the Motorla and HTC forums and watch everyone ask when they are getting it.
