Picked up this morning and scheduled to be delivered on the 5th!
FedEx is gonna be busy! busy!! busy!!! on the 5th!
At least I GUESS I have a phone coming
When I check the order status it says shipped and gives me a tracking number and it says picked up and gives a delivery date.
But the order number is different....
But this morning I got an email from Verizon that said that my card was declined for some other $89 charges for taxes and the upgrade fee.
The person I talked to at Verizon swears that they will NOT send the phone until I pay the $89 ...
But it says shipped and I have a tracking number
I don't think Verizon's left hand knows what their right hand is doing at the moment....
Now when I check it's gone back to saying processing.
I logged onto my account and I don't see any mention of an $89 fee that I still owe and I don't see any way to pay it anyway.
They called asking me to update my credit card information but I'm really not comfortable doing that over the phone.
There's a link in the email to supposedly update my payment information but when I enter my information it just says "
Terms and Conditions is accepted for this order."
Underneath it it says"
Looking for status on an order with approved terms?
Check Order Status "If I click on that it goes to a page that says processing and still does not give me any way to update my payment information
And when I checked the tracking number again it said it was going to someplace called Snellville GA
so I guess that was someone else's tracking number
She said the order will cancel out in 7 days if I don't pay so I might just forget about it and let it cancel.
I just really don't have the patience for this nonsense.
