No. I was just saying that I will let y'all know when I get it basically. Last scan was Memphis Tennessee at 3:12am. They have scanned it there 3 times. If delivery date is true, they probably just holding it there til Sunday night or sometime Monday for it to get to me Tuesday. I'm not sure where the other person got today. Sorry.

They palletize these by region for distribution. I saw mass shipments, unitized ironically enough, for pickup by FedEx, when I worked for an auto manufacturer at a service parts distribution warehouse. FedEx shipments were typically the highest priority as these were often critical pieces for recall actions. "Scurry" was the operative word in describing the activity attending these critical shipments. FedEx and Verizon have the relative luxury of two days to stage everything in advance since we are getting these well ahead of what was originally stated. Good for us!

This early delivery thing is a pr move and is just plain good for business for Samsung and carries. They lease the warehouse and mostly employ temp workers. It was planned well in advance. Otherwise a lot of people (including the warehouse) would have expected money and then had pay taken away. The phones arrive to these warehouses early, so you can bet either the warehouses have a more profitable company leasing in-between launches or the iPhone is going to be coming in soon and apple is preparing for once and won't be behind on their preorders. Either way, not complaining since I'm getting it Tuesday! Just was offering some insight from what I know from my friend.

Example: 1234 W Blank. There should be a drive after the blank. Should I be worried? There is a "blank "way"" just a couple blocks from me....

if you gave them the full zip code (xxxxx-xxxx) they should know exactly where you are. and if not, they still have ways. you could call the carrier if you're really concerned.

As long as there's not a 1234 Blank Way, they should be able to figure it out.

I have the same thing happen too. I live on a "Drive" and there is a "Court" by the same name up the street. My house number and a house number on the court are the same and we get each other's mail all the time. What genius who assigns address numbers to houses decided that?
