And that's why I try my best to stick with the same in store rep at Att. I had a person when I was with sprint also. Once you've formed a relationship, they go above and beyond to get the job done for u. Glad it worked out so well for u. It's sheer madness for some in the forum.
Did anyone get their phone yet?
Seems like thousands of people, including myself have.
Mine was delivered yesterday ~1:30PM. Did a smart switch from my S7E and activated it. I tried 5-6 times with the phone during setup and when that didn't work, called the activation number and that worked.
I noticed something that I never saw before on a Verizon supplied phone - NO Verizon logo on the back. Also, the model number of the phone is SM-N950U. I would have expected it to be SM-N950V for Verizon. Does the 'U' mean unlocked? The only thing marked Verizon on the whole delivery was the from on the mailing label, the receipt andthe SIM.
I already got the credit $480 but still not have returned phone
The S8 & plus version don't have Verizon branding eitherMine was delivered yesterday ~1:30PM. Did a smart switch from my S7E and activated it. I tried 5-6 times with the phone during setup and when that didn't work, called the activation number and that worked.

Good catch. Could ours be unlocked versions of the Note8?
