I can't get my local Corporate store to answer the phone. Dulles, VA. So I guess they will have to see my face again.

Well I just called VZW 800-922-0204.
1. I will get my new replacement Note 7 on 9/22
2. They charged me $51.84 sales tax which is refunded to my account when they receive the old phone.
3. They told me to KEEP THE ACCESSORIES.
4. Return shipping labels will be in the box and I can reuse the box for the Return.

She had to put me on hold, VERY BRIEFLY, 3 times to check for information updates in the VZW System based on information I told her I was getting from this thread. AND SHE WAS THEN ABLE TO CONFIRM THE EXCHANGE ORDERS CAN BE DONE ON THE PHONE TODAY.

Peace. Alan

Got mine today. I'll post up some pictures of the box.

There was a lot of confusion about whether I had brought it in for a refund or anything.
Since I bought it outright, I was refunded what I had paid before, then got recharged again for the new phone.
And dang it, I got charged the $20 upgrade fee, which was some nonsense. I was wondering why there was a differential in cost.
They also activated that SIM card that was in the phone which hosed the one in my backup phone. So I had to get home and switch.

The box does have the "black square" now. I was able to switch a Blue Coral for another Blue Coral. Now in the process of SmartSwitching.

For those wondering if we need the accessories when we return the phones..375.jpg

Not sure what he was talking about when he said we can do it online like a preorder..

Come on Canton, oHIo
I'm in NE Ohio (Cuyahoga Co) and the corporate store in Solon got their Note 7s today. Going to guess the one in Beachwood/Orange did as well. I'd call the one nearest you to find out...

I'm on hold now, going to try getting our loaners replaced.

Just went to a local store, they had them but couldn't sell them until they get approval on their 4PM call today. He is going to call me as soon as he finds out, we shall see.

matthews nc, note 7 in hand. the same store that told me they would ship in the 21st, arrive on 23 or 25.

so from n7 ( thru online preorder) to monroe nc returned, monroe nc s7e used unitl today when I went into the matthews store, returned s7e and my new n7 is born. with a full zagg cover ( we shall see on that). Total out the door was +$6.

I called Verizon first thing this morning (1-800), at first the rep told me that the Note 7 was not yet available, after telling him that they were already available at their web site he put me on hold and said that i had found out before him. My new Blue Cor al Note 7 is arriving tomorrow... without even asking I was given free overnight shipping AND the $20 upgrade fee was was waived. Haven't been this satisfied after taking to Verizon in a long time.

i am driving and i will wait until i get home in a few minutes, i see the update waiting.

Looks like the Verizon online "pick up in store" system is reflecting stock where they have the phones now. Just go to www.verizonwireless.com/smartphones/samsung-galaxy-note-7/ and choose the color you want, then click check "in-store availability". I tested it against a few of the locations people mentioned in the thread here and it does indeed show stock. Sadly, it doesn't show any for my locations. Ug!!!!

.... is it just me or does the recorded voice that tells you they will transfer to an operator sound a little annoyed that you made it that far in the automated system.
Hahaha! It's not just you. I end up calling quite a bit (billing, etc). "Oh...... ALRIGHT... guess I can transfer you...". Or at least that's how it sounds, lol!

For some reason that will not pop up for me. Would you mind checking my local store? 1750 Tamiami Trail #3, Port Charlotte, FL 33948

I need one in blue coral and one in silver titanium.

WOW

I sent a text to the Canton , Ohio store asking if the Note 7's are ready to be picked up

Their reply to me was :

"We have a Samsung site that I put in your serial number and your phone is not effected. There were 2 different manufactures and you have a good one.'

WTF

They have the blue, not the silver though. I fixed the link, the forums got all funky for some reason with the link.

Keep that text. If your phones are indeed in the recall according to Samsung's page, they are looking at some serious liability issues.

Thanks for checking. Seems strange they would have just the blue.

Does anybody know how often verizon gets phone shipments in? For example...if I cant make it into my store tomorrow...what is the chance they will get another truck of them by friday?
