What do you not like about the Bionic?

The $299 price, the fact that its 2yr agreements now the prices should be less or even $0. I mean most of us have a bill of $90-125ea x 24... you would think phones would be getting cheaper..

I know it comes out tomorrow officially, it seems many people have been able to purchase early.

Is there anything you guys found that is a problem? Or simply anything you did/do not like?
Not a world phone. Here's a tip. When you're finished viewing a website that has heavy flash content, shut it down or the phone will lag the next time you open your browser!

The way it looks. To me, the bezel is too thick and the phone looks too much like the Droid X's.

Having the phone in my possession now, the power button on the left is definitely going to take some getting used to.

A bootloader is code that is run before the OS starts to run - it instructs to boot which OS kernel. By being unlocked It allows you to install truely custom ROMs/firmware on your phone. Different processor speed kernels and such are possible (overclocking, undervolting).

Also, with an unlocked bootloader you could load non-official releases of android OS. So if, for example, a build of ICS came out you could potentially load that on an unlocked phone. With the bootloader as it is now, you would likely have to wait until motorola officially releases ICS for it.

The way I've been holding my Bionic, it actually feels more ergonomically correct being over there

I had all the intention on getting the phone but the screen was very bad I put it up against my thunderbolt it was like night and day.

Maybe the bionic was meant for the UK...the power button is on the other side of the road!

No docking station anywhere will fit a case. Its just not practical from a design/sales standpoint.

Both of the docks available fit the extended battery, which is actually sort of unique.

The car dock for the Bionic fits an extended battery and it also fits the phone with a case on it. This was confirmed this morning in the store with a VZW rep. I do not know if it fits a n extended battery and case at the same time though.

For me the biggest problem i have is the Power Switch! Why did they put it on the left? Most phones are on the right or middle. Why change something that was fine? Im concerned the button being on the left is going to be awkward to hit with this being such a big phone. Maybe ill get used to it though. Time will tell.

Takes some getting used to but it is not too hard to reach. It is not as big as the button on the DX and it doesn't sit up as high so there takes come getting used to for sure.

The only downside of the phone so far is the power button on the left, but that will just take some getting used to.
