What does you AT&T order status say?

I called and talked to a person. He said that since I ordered mine from a store (vs. online), he has limited information. Basically all he could tell me was that it will ship either today or tomorrow (matching the AT&T web "check my order" status page dates of 17th - 18th).

Same here. Talked to a person who gave me the same info that was on my order status page. I didn't realize (and he didn't say) that it was because I'd ordered from a store.

My payment on my card is still pending and on AT&T it still says preparing. It wont ship before the pending charge goes to an actual charge correct?

No. That's how it's supposed to be, but I have all of my tracking info, and AT&T released their hold on my money like, a week ago, and I haven't gotten charged for the taxes again since. So it can ship out, even if the charge doesn't show up on your card.

With all these AT&T folks getting their Note tomorrow... makes me wonder should I check by AT&T Store to see if I could pick one up tomorrow as well.

No I should not chill out its a $900 piece of equipment some sort of information should be available. That like buying an expensive tv and the store going it will get to you eventually we don't have any information to give you but it's coming trust us

Not the same thing. They gave you a estimate date, you pre ordered for the 19th knowing it's the release date... Today is the 17th btw just to make sure your not getting upset...

Just a fun FYI for all of you, I ordered a Galaxy S7 for my wife this week, and it was delivered today by FedEx from AT&T. They left it by my front door and said no signature was required. I assume it would be the same with the Note. I just found that interesting.

Lol Sean that's really not far.. I was already sweating it. Bahaha I think my hubby is a lil bummed now because he pre ordered thru best buy. We were betting who would have the phone first. Now I feel a lil bit bad for him... but just a bit lol

When they are shipping out thousands of preorders at one time it takes a while for the systems to update. This may surprise you, but you aren't the only person that preordered. The phone was promised by the 19th. If you don't have it by then, you have a legit gripe. Until then you are letting your anxiety overcome your rational thinking. I've preordered at least 6 phones with AT&T and a couple with T-Mobile and this is almost always the way the process goes. I'm confident you will have your phone tomorrow or Friday (most likely tomorrow).
