Where is the 4.3 Update for the Verizon Galaxy S3?

I read elsewhere that there is a Verizon cloud notification that you can't turn off. What is this all about? I'm having second thoughts about updating.

Haven't noticed any cloud notification

After further research, this is apparently a notification associated with Back Up Assistant. Either it's part of it or Verizon Cloud replaces Back up assistant. Hopefully someone who has done the update can clarify this. Thanks

I have done the update and haven't seen any notifications that won't go away of any kind

My friend that works for Verizon said that it doesn't but I only had a gig left for the month so I didn't want to chance it so I used WiFi lol.

When you click on the link under Learn More it tells you that data usage applies

Has anyone noticed that the camera flash goes on and off when you receive a phone call? It's driving me nuts. I went into settings but couldn't figure out how to turn that feature off. Anyone know?

This is flash notification as found on the s4. You need to go into settings to deactivate it....if you dont like it.
EDIT: I don't remember where the setting is. I no longer have an S4. :-[

Everyone else said yes that it does so I would go by them lol I was just going by what I heard so I would use that with caution

No, but there is something in app manager for Knox but I can't find the application itself

Just finished the update and re-tweaking my device. All looks nice. The only semi-annoying thing was all my custom ring tones for different contacts went to the default and had to be reset.

Just looked through the threads for other carriers it said to check and unchecked it and reboot and it should quit doing it. That or check reboot uncheck reboot

I got the update and downloaded it. When it restarted it went straight to the Recovery and now I'm not sure where to go because this hasn't happened lie this before...

Thank you very much. The light flashing has stopped, however the ring tones have since changed. Easy fix there. Lol.
