Which one, where, and how did you get your Pixel 6/6 Pro?

Just for fun... I see there is an earlier post about ordering but it's filled with all the chaos of this morning's presale (I experienced it myself). Now that orders are getting through...

I am curious from those of you who have successfully placed your order:

1. Which one did you get (model, memory and color)?
2. Where did you get it?
3. What promos, if any, did you get? (e.g. free earbuds, rebates, etc.)
4. Did you opt for Pixel Pass or insurance
5. Finally, when is your phone expected to arrive?

4) Pixel Pass kept failing on me, I ended up buying the phone normally. I opted for the monthly Pixel insurance (for now).
