why my Note 4 screen becomes less responsive to S pen with flip covers?

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 4. I have been using Back Cases and Covers with no problems.But then when I shifted for a Flip Cover for more protection,I noticed that the screen becomes less responsive to S pen and I have to repeat the action several times before it provokes a response.This unresponsiveness is more at the screen peripheries.

Any Clues about the source of that problem?.

Does your case have magnets. Some flip cases seem to cause problems... especially cheap flip cases. Take the phone out of the case for a few days and see if the problem goes away.
