Battery Charging popup notification

[AC Question]

I received a pop up notification with something along the lines that your battery will charge faster if you charge with apps turned off and asked if I wanted to do it. so I did. when it was on the screen it had a blue wave and 3 circles in the center first said charging with the percentage. middle one can't remember and the third said Trickle. it had pop up ads on the bottom. and it made it to where you had to slide the screen to the right to open it, similar to the iPhone. in the upper right corner that was a button to disable.. I hit the disable and now can't find it again. has anyone else seen this??
