That's because they don't have any yet to swap. Your only option - at this time - is a return. I called and they told me they will let me know when the new ones are available and will swap mine out at that time.Three conversations with Samsung where they will only allow me to send the phone in for a refund. Still waiting for a supervisor to call to discuss (holding my breath on that one). There have been several other posts with the same story. Also, take a look at this thread:
