[6.25.11][ROM] BAMF Sense 3.0 GB RC3

I have a bizarre issue. I cannot get my htc wallpapers to load. The cover flow comes up, but all of the wallpapers stay blank. When I try to apply them, it says phone's memory is full.

Those settings look fine, maybe try a different kernel. I've been using the dream kernel that came with it with min at 368 Max 140800 on demand governor & I get great battery life. Try imo's latest I think its 3.3.8 or the latest dream kernel & only use min & Max with no profiles

guess thats on list for tomarrow, yea probably shoulda left bamf with its stock kernal i figured if it was called lean it would be more battery efficient but apperently not. on setCPU wouldn't i want atleast one profile for when screen is off?

Question about the wallpaper... I can only see something around 475x800 of a 960x800 wallpaper image... is there a way of changing the wallpaper to scroll with the screens like in Sense 2.1 and below?

I haven't found a way to make the wallpaper scroll i think the 475x800 is the only option.

I had the same issue on rc2 but after flashing rc3 the wallpapers came back. Not sure if there is a fix for that other then flashing again or wiping. You can find most of those wallpapers floating aroundif you search.

I just downloaded the rom. but it looks like I can't connect to Mobile network. is there something that needs to be done?

Loving this release. Only issue I have had is it seems like my wifi will drop when the phone goes to sleep. Seems to be after 15-20 minutes. I wake the phone back up and see my wifi bars all grey, then a few seconds later they turn white and I have connection again, it also doesn't seem like the wifi is releasing to cellular data so if any emails come in I don't get them.

I searched and didnt find much help except one guy on XDA who had the same issue and someone said it could be the kernel.

I haven't altered anything and I have checked my wifi settings and it is set to never sleep.

I also did the normal rom load, wipe x 3 on what needs to be done.

Anyone seeing this...?

Full wipe needed to install over rc2?

Full wipe is recommended. You could just make a nandroid first and wipe cache and dalvik if you are feeling adventurous, but you may encounter some issues that way.

did you make sure wifi never sleep is checked in settings?

Love this Rom.

Problems I had so far:
Bluetooth does not pair correctly with car
Froze up during charging...would not turn on, amber charge light stayed lit when took off the charger.
Battery draining quickly

Yes, I was wondering this too. I usually sit around 17-22 mgs, now I'm lucky if I hit 5 mgs... And yes, this is since the day I installed GB... (I run tests 2 or 3 times a day, and each time I run it like 4 times just to make sure... I'm bored a lot... ;) )

I've noticed the same thing. I'm barely getting 7Mbps down and I was getting 14+.
I'm running the MR2 radio with this ROM as suggested. Maybe MR2.5 works better?

I believe it's a gingerbread issue. Froyo was a lot faster. My phone downloads at about two thirds as fast as my wife's froyo bolt.

My ADR6400L is just as good as your PG86100.

Did you download and install the Radio for Gingerbread.... I installed MR2.5 and it works great on my device.

I thought I needed a screen off profile too, I used to always have one when I was on froyo, but ever since GB came around I never used one & my battery life has noticably improved. Also, did you clear battery stats and/or calibrate your battery after you flashed the rom?

I had Das damf 2.0.5 before this and my 4g speeds were right around the 12-15mbps mark that they were on froyo

Does anyone know if RC3 has the MR2 radio or the MR2.5 radio? im gonna flash the MR2.5 later today and will report back my findings

I get 17-20 mbps down and 3-4 up consistently, running both bamf 2.1 and sense 3 rc3.
MR2.5 radio, nyc and surrounding areas.

That's what I was getting in NYC before too

I just flashed mr2.5 , now I'm still getting 1-2 mbps down but up upload is at 4-5mbps where ig was at about 1 before

Using speakeasy.net its up to 15mbps down and 3 mbps up. Might just be an issue with speedtest.net however I was getting the ssame 1-2mbps down on speakeasy yesterday prior to flashing MR 2.5

My numbers are from speedtest.net the website, while phone is in desktop browsing mode.
Maybe the slow speeds you got were just the day/environment/slow network for some reason?
I dont check my speeds regularly, so i wouldnt know if they were slow for a few days or something.
Checked today bc of all the talk about slow speeds, and mine are totally normal.
