BAMF 1.6.3 update with radio 4/18/11?

Im running 1.6.3 bamf and im wondering if i can flash this zip: PG05IMG.zip? in hboot to get the apparent update that just came out, which was leaked back on 4/18 on here

No you don't need that. What is your current baseband version in settings- about phone

You just need to flash the updated radio. Some have experienced problems with it however, but i'm not one of them:

After your done with that you will be running the official update, just much better with BAMF

Can i disregard that?

md5 numbers are the checksum - you can check the file against those numbers to make sure the file is the same as what you thought you downloaded / make sure the file is complete.

So if I am rooted but running everything else stock, what is the easiest way for me to get this update? Can I just flash the BAMF 1.6.3 ROM?

Random reboots, and yes you can revert back to the stock radio with the link above.

MD5 just verifies that the download isn't corrupt before you flash. There's a simple program that will allow you to verify the md5 # WinMD5 Free - Windows MD5 Utility Freeware (for windows of course)

The very least is to verify the file size, but it's really easy to check the md5

Si. Just make sure you follow Cyber Warrior's guide on how to backup/install roms, and you should be golden. Then follow the radio download instructions here

If you flash just the radio it will not erase data.
