Anyone know why a UPS ground delivery would not scan his whereabouts for over 48 hours? Mine left Hodgkins Il bound for Texas at 9:35 am on the 7th, due here on the 12th, with no update since they left.. anyone else having this issue?

The last phone I ordered from BB was delivered to my neighbor's house and BB order page was still showing processing. Two days later I received order delivered email from BB.

I'm very tempted. I just don't want to do anything that will put me at the end of the line. I don't want to give them any excuses.

That's where I am. I already feel like I've rolled the dice enough... almost switched carriers, somehow won a game of chicken vs Verizon with them buying out my phone, canceled the other carrier's pre-order...

I should quit while I'm ahead!

Haha! Mine is coming from the same destination with no further updates on its way to fiery California. The scheduled delivery date is the 13th.

Personally, not having the phone until the 15th is disappointing but not earth shattering for sure. My frustration was in trying to get straight answers from their reps and customer support agents.

6 months ago I got a $700 Sony camera and accessories I didn't order from BB delivered to my house the invoice was for someone 100 miles away .
And the law states if you received a ideam at your house you didn't order you are not required to return and can't be billed.
So I tossed and turned for a day then sold it to my friend that was looking for a camera for vacation.
Should I of returned most likely yes , but at the time I needed cash so ..........

Preordered by unlocked note8 at Best Buy last week Friday. It arrived today. Easy purchase and quick shipping. Hurricane Harvey delayed my order due to ups shipping it thought the Houston area. Great experience!

I was able to re order before I even cancelled my order. With Sprint pre orders, there isn't a device attached to your account, so until the N8 is run through the POS system, you can technically re order the device online. That's what I did!

Sooooo.....I could order online now, wait to get a shipping notice, then walk into BB and cancel my in-store order?

That's exactly what I did. I thought it would mess things up, but like I said, there isn't a phone attached to the line when you pre order until you are in the store ringing out the phone. My phone had shipped before I even canceled the pre order in store.

Hmmm wonder if it makes a difference that I'm on Verizon. Like if it affects my discount or anything. Awfully tempting!

My note 8 is seriously 15 minutes away from me at ups has been since this morning. Grumble grumble gotta wait until monday for delivery.

Lol, I know what you mean. I'm just gonna be patient until I get the phone, and then I'm gonna leave them one heck of a nasty review. I'll not do this again. I'll go thru Sprint online next time. Even BB orders ordered online are getting theirs.

What law is that?! I’m pretty sure you basically stole that camera. Not sure I would admit that in public. Also it’s pretty crapy of you. The person that was supposed to get it probably had to jump through all kinds of hoops to prove they didn’t get the shipment and get a refund or new item.

With the Note 5 Promo Samsung accidentally sent me to wireless chargers. I gave them a call and they thanked me for my honesty by letting me keep the first two and shipping me a 3rd.

You've got the right idea. Do something that actually makes a difference and a bad review is it. If EVERYONE on this thread with a bad experience did the same thing... Just imagine.

Yes I'm not proud of that , at the time I was layed off my job and struggling financially after losing some sleep I made that decision. I pride my self in being honest but giving circumstances I made that decision, and I did call BB being my point on here and all the confusion.

I'm glad to see people subjecting me to morals in this crazy and confused world today
