Today, sensor stopped working.
On Android 11 with latest update.
I cleaned and wiped screen. I removed screen protector screen is perfect shape.
Restarted phone and also removed existing fingerprints, however, when I try to add new ones, I get a message to clean and wipe screen and then try again. Have done this 2-3 times. Screen is clean. Any ideas or options?
UPDATE
After repeated tries I was able to add one and then a second fingerprint. Once the fingerprints are added they work perfect. The problem was adding them.
I had to position my fingers in many different ways. However I was able to do so.
Has anyone else had trouble with this?
