Great ROM!!! Been running all the BAMF Forever versions. Nicer than stock.

One quick question/problem. Cant seem to delete SMS text threads from the main messages screen. Only way I can delete entire threads is to go into the thread, then MENU->MORE and select delete.

Been happening for at least 1.05, and 1.06, Earlier versions came too fast to have to worry about deleting texts. Trying 1.07 now.

I have always assumed data drops to be network and hardware related but no harm in asking....do you find data drops are more or less frequent with this rom?

I use widget locker so I don't care what version of lock screen I use.

My data drops are same with this ROM. I've been getting data drops for past few weeks now and it's occuring on multiple ROMs and Radios so I think it's safe to say it's either network or hardware related. I'll be calling verizon sometime this week for a replacement phone.

I literally just did that with titanium before refreshing this screen, no force close since haha thanks though!

I have a silly question, with the data logging issue that recently came up from HTC, and this ROM being sense based, does this ROM fall under the the category of collecting data for HTC, or has it been so changed that is not an issue, now I know I "really" have nothing to worry about, but I and I am sure many others would like to know....

I have a theory (probably simple-minded) that these drops occur when you enter a LTE zone with a signal that is very weak or nonexistant. I find I am most likely to have a data drop requiring a restart right after I leave an area I know has no signal
Perhaps.if I waited 20 or 30 minutes the data would come back. The question is what is going on in the phone during the 10 or 20 minute period when I am back in a good signal zone yet the phone picks up no data?

Interesting theory. I just realized I never have a data drop while at work. My job is not in a 4G market so I get 3G only at work and signal always consistent. It's only when I'm in or near Philly, a 4G market, that I'm getting these drops.

So, I have been using this rom for 2(ish) days now and I installed it on my pops last night. This rom is amazing, super fast, looks great and I have not one complain. This is my first rooted device and my first rom but it's like love at first sight. Complete difference like night and day. I even modded the battery icon, I do however wish I could mod the wifi and 3g/4g symbols to the glow on bamfs forums (doesn't work) but... this guy, yea hes incredibly happy with this keep up the good work, I look forward to future flashes of your work.

I get the same data drops as well. Just a unchk chk of Mobile Data fixes right up.

Its odd, that never works for me nor does airplane toggle.
I can't wait to go bamf. Just waiting for next ota so when I do a nandroid of stock setup it includes gb that works properly.

I just installed this rom yesterday. I did it so I get the voicemail notifications that verizon screwed up in their gb update. I like it except for the fact that the radio is worse at work. I used to get better signal. Is there any recommendations for a radio to flash? Also how do I check my radio number? Lastly I have issues with the lock screen not showing the icons or the large clock I install and the phone answering is the original setup not the bamf setup where you pull the circle to the ring (that make sense)? Sorry for all the questions but this is my first root and installed rom.

Settings > About Phone > Software information > More > Baseband version... I've been using the radio "From the 2.11.605.3 RUU" on the link below in my signature "Latest Radio's"

I have that same radio and it is horrible. I know the bamf rom did not come with a radio. When I updated last week from the ota with verizon (before my root) do you think I got a newer radio? If so the older one worked better where I work (a lot of cinder block walls). I can make calls but 1x 3g and 4g are very spotty. Would the new rom with that radio change its functioning?

What is the exact numbers of YOUR Baseband version??? And if you don't like the existing radio then change it.

That is the same radio I'm using... some people have said they do better with other radio's... I don't remember who, but someone recently said they flashed the 2.11.605.0 radio and it was working better for them... the only way to know is to flash a different radio and try it... the link I provided below has the LTE and CDMA radio's separated so you can flash just what combination you want.
