How do I go back to the stock rosie? I want to use a custom lock ring and it will only work with the stock rosie. i have a transparent rosie right now.

I think in the first post there is a link for the stock drawer or you could try flashing 1.07 again without wiping (if flashing again make sure you have a backup).

from where are you dl'ing your custom lock ring? i tried a few sources on XDA & flashed them but all it did was remove any lockscreenring from my phone & i had to restore a backup to get the phone functional again.

Remember the lock ring has to be compatible with the ROM (Android and sense version) AND the skin you are using. A lot of lock rings only work with the HTC skin. I use blue sky so you gotta dig around a bit.

I will check Team BAMF. But I was looking on xda and those rings weren't working although they are supposed to be for 2.3.4.

Sorry if this has been asked before, but i am on BAMF forever 1.0.5 right now. I notice that you are supposed to wipe before installing 1.0.6 (i assume that this means wiping data, dalvik cache and other cache). Does this mean that i need to wipe before i install 1.0.7?

If I was to guess I'd say you should Wipe data, cache and dalvik cache... because there was probably something in 1.0.5 that needed to be wiped... so I'd wipe and then load 1.0.7.

BTW, it's a great build... love this version.

Haven't had it on long enough to really evaluate. I also use the extended battery so it will take some time for me probably to get a good feel since my battery was lasting almost two days before charging.

I'll report back if I notice a drastic difference.

Extended battery went from 6:30AM to 5:00PM with 30% left.
I was getting almost two days before.
I'm gonna do some investigating to see if there is some tweak I'm missing or I have to go back to the original kernel.

I believe you can just flash the "Stock Kernel" available on Imoseyon's GB Kernel page:

Is the gingerjane kernel the original that BAMF was built with?
I got excellent battery life with whichever the original was.

It's much sexier, highly customizable, plus the 4 apps you can put on the lock screen.

In a fun side note, I did flash gingeritis today. I will give credit where it's due, gingeritis is very fast, quadrant over 2k without using changing the clock speed. Attempted to use the Verizon sso from this ROM to use NFL mobile and my Verizon but was not successful. Market was a bit wonky, no panorama in the camera (i'm sure I could have fixed that)...just a few little quirks that I've gotten used to not seeing. I'm sure a few people from this thread will take a look at gingeritis, interested how others would compare the two.

so i flashed this rom.( first time ever ). i loaded the rom. recovered the apps and data from titanium, everything installed.. got it loaded up and now for some reason i dont see any available apps on the lockscreen. i went to where you can customize it, set it up but no apps show at all.. its just the plain 3.0 lockscreen with the bamf circle .. no weather in the background ( even though thats what i selected) and no apps. any help?

First, when you say you loaded the ROM... did you wipe data, cache and dalvik cache prior to loading this ROM??? Second, when you say you reloaded data from Titanium... I hope you did not load any system data, and only app data... what did you reload??? Finally, was the weather lock screen the screen you selected, and are all your apps in your applications list.... and did you reboot your device after loading all your apps (shouldn't have to, but it's a good idea if you have issues)???
