Generic Network Failure

I just got my DNA and after a few days I noticed that i wasn't getting a 4G signal, only EV-DO. I did a hard reset and it solved the problem, but only in terms of email and surfing the internet. I have never been able to send or receive MMS since i took it out of the box. I took it to verizon where they did another hard reset and changed the SIM card, but to no avail. PLEASE HELP!!!
