Ordered the 64 gb Aluminum from Huawei on 10/26. Haven't heard anything beyond the initial emails, and the site still shows my order as processing. I'm not worried, I just hope to have my phone in my hand before I have to make my first monthly payment on 11/26, since I did the financing option.

For what it's worth, the first email I received was actually from the financing company. Once I got the email from them reminding me of my first payment I think with in a day or two I got the tracking information. Just a little more hope for some.

The only thing odd about my experience is that I ordered it 2 weeks before the estimated ship date and they charged my card the first day. My estimated ship date says early November.

I ordered the 32gb graphite on Oct 20. Credit card hasnt been charged and status shows processing. Hopefully Huawei will ship this week. I hate the 5-7 day shipping instead of 2 day.

Update: I called them this morning. The rep I got told me that my phone should ship mid to late November, and seemed to think it would be closer to the end of the month. I asked where I was in the queue, and they couldn't give me a specific answer, just that they were still working on shipping out orders from late September/early October. (I obviously have no issues with them getting good their phones first, so I don't want anyone to think that I believe I'm entitled to skip the line)

I ordered 10/20. Delivery was estimated as early Nov. It is still in "processing". I sent them an inquiry about it a week ago and didn't receive a response. I attempted a live chat but was unable to do so because it said they were too busy. I sent a second inquiry today. I understand that it's going to take sometime to get the phone but the lack of communication is really ****ty.

I ordered on 10/27 and it's still processing. The estimated delivery was late November. I'd rather wait and be sure I'm getting a fully functioning device than get one now and have to RMA for whatever reason. I don't like being an early adopter because of the quality control issues that can occur with early batches, but I took a chance because of the great reviews. I hope my decision was wise. I figure the longer it takes, the better my chances of getting a good device.

I completely agree with you which is why if my phone doesn't ship by Friday I will be canceling my order and getting whatever 6p Google has in stock. I ordered on September 30th 32gb graphite.

I just received an email from Huawei saying that the 32GB Graphite I ordered on 10/19 has shipped. No tracking information yet but it sounds like that might come in a separate email from the shipper. Order shows 'complete' when I check the Huawei website.

Hopefully, this means others who ordered around the same date will be getting some good news soon as well!

I was a little late to the party and ordered mine from Huawei direct on 10/25. Mine still says processing and there is no ETA. I expect to receive it some time in 2016 shortly before the next model comes out... meanwhile I am jealously staring at my wife's Nexus 5X.

So I got tired of waiting for Huawei to change my order from processing to shipped, so I canceled the order with them and reordered from Google Play on 10/29. Something shiny arrived today.

It looks like Huawei is processing a new batch of orders, I just got an email as well. My order changed from processing to complete. Ordered 64GB Graphite on 10/12. No tracking information yet, but would expect something in the next few days. Gotta be some good news, right?

I just spoke to a rep from Huawei about my order for the 32 GB Aluminum I placed on 10/27. She told me that any orders placed after 10/21 would be fulfilled in the 3rd or 4th week of November, and that shipping info would be up around the 15th. I hope I get a good device from this batch...
