Well... the drama continues, as of today, no changes in the USPS tracking, I opened a new case with USPS this past Saturday, I have a phone call from USPS today, and an email as well, phone call from TN, (saying basically " the package most likely been delivered during the weekend" you will have a confirmation from the recipient or your service provider in few days", we do not provide actual delivered tracking, we are set up like that" this was from my first case with USPS after my answer to their" resolved case answer". the e-mail came from my second case opened last Saturday with them, this one basicalle saying, since so many days went by and there wasn't any update in the tracking number, the package got damaged or lost, and they provided me a link to claim a missing mail. Then I investigate this third party that Google uses for the this trade in phones, and they have lots of complaints in the BBB. This looks like real crap.
Then I contacted Google again and they told me I need to wait 14 days to escalate the case to a supervisor, or if I prefer I contact myself the third party selected by Google for the phone trade ins, whicjh is this company reported to the BBB by quite a few people. Interestingly, this company was sold a month ago. I called and went directly to voice mail, the zaga will continue, and off course the 30 days deadline for a trade in phone return will come soon.
