Did you tell them that you tried to put in the promo FREEOVERNT and it said it was expired. While it is clearly on the main verizon homepage. I called for myself and my dad, both reps were accommodating and discounted it within minutes. Call again you just got unlucky i guess. Its not like your trying to get something crazy its a REAL promo lol.

i got a tracking number and its on the truck, but i made a huge mistake and forgot to do the overnight shipping bc when i checked out it wasn't free. so by default i picked the free 2day shipping thinking this was the promo. i soon realized my noob-like actions and called Verizon to see if they can switch it but it was too late (2pm) my bolt was already on the truck. so now i wait til Monday, it says will be delivered before noon. one last weekend with the DINC, hopefully by Monday the bolt will be rooted and i will be able to root as soon as i unbox.
UPS Delivery by 10:30am... will be taking an early lunch, heading home, and bringing it back to work (wonder if I can hide it in my afternoon meetings)...
I find it funny that I live in N. AZ and the phone shipped from PA.

Not sure why some people can't get it waived.. just keep calling and hopefully u land a rep. that does it for you.

this is so not cool, i ordered earlier today got my # and am patiently waiting, so what does verizon do, bombards all the shows im watching with the bolt commercial, not funny verizon not funny
Ordered at 3:30AM EDT/EST Got my tracking email around 6:30PM EDT/EST It's on the truck....promised by 3:00PM EDT/EST.

I ordered at 6 CT this morning. It still says order being processed. I called and they said nothing is holding it up. They got a lot of orders and it takes awhile to process them. Yeah ok. Time means nothing I guess.
Mine says that the order is still being processed as well. I hope I get it tomorrow. This wait is almost worse than the past month!
No sooner had I posted that and I got an email giving me the tracking number showing tomorrow by 3pm.

What a nutty process I first tried to order at Midnight only to find out we then had to wait till 0300am while sight updated. Then at 0300 tried to order but sight was having issues wasnt fully ready for all of us got order through at 0320am went to bed got emails at about 1000am saying order was processing kept checking web site same processing ck back tom. so bu 530pm I'm ike what the hell were is my traking number so I called they said there was an issue the account is in my wifes name and I am an authorized manager of account but when I ordered I but my name in for billing I was using my CC and her name for shipping now we have same last name and address but the SS# was different so so you think they would send me notice or call NO so when I called at 600pm they said they had already figured it out but had not shipped it yet I was ok so that means you wont ship till tomorrow and then I wont get it till monday the rep says thats right I said this wont do. So I asked about canceling the order and she says to contact a store first to make sure they have in stock so I call they have many and I run over she says that if order at store wont go through have the store rep call to cancel online order. I get to store and sure enough the account still shows that I can upgrade both lines. Poor rep starts to process phones installs sims and goes to complete order and guees what it wont go through he calls and a online rep tells him the order shipped so now I cant make instore purchase and have to wait till friday for my phone I had in store rep get the name of online rep and tracking number he even check fedex to make sure it was really in transit. it was but what an ordeal just to upgrade phones, extra travel time and time in store and the rep in store now lost the sale I dint walk out empty handed since it wasnt his fault I bought to 2 silicone cases to give some type of sale they also had a sale on a extended battery 2750 ah with new door for $49.99 much cheaper than found at other online retaillers. so I may go back and get one. I hope tomorrow the thunderbolt rocks and upgrades me to higher level then my storm 1 did!
Has anyone had their tracking numbers updated? My Bolt left pennsylvania 7.5 hours ago and nothing is updated.

My storm2 will not make it thru the weekend... need this phone!
Anybody know if they deliver on Saturday? Had to order mine tonight since two stores would not honor the online price of $149 w/2 yr. Even tried talking to the manager of both stores and both were very nice and apologetic about nothing being able to give me the online price. Oh well.
So anyways, had to order tonight and was able to use the FREEOVERNT code. If it ships tomorrow will I get it on Saturday or Monday? Anybody know?
