Phone stuck at emergency mode!?

Hey guys, i was doing firmware update for my phone as it prompted that software update is available while connected with my com.

However, while updating the program, the program stopped responding and my phone got stuck at emergency mode. It does not respond to any button.

Anyone has experience and solutions for this. Thanks a million

Try removing the battery and the SIM card while the phone is still on. Wait a few seconds then put back in and power up. Hope that helps

Hi, thanks for your response.
I tried those and even tried removing battery whole night and SIM card, but still stuck at emergency mode.
Holding power button, up down button or menu/ back button didn't work at all. lol
