Just use terminal emulator.
Move file to root of SD card
type
Su
Flash_image recovery /sdcard/ name of latest recovery (something like CWMTRecovery5.0.2.7-th7.img)

Hey right now all I have is my Droid but I wanna get involved more I'm thinking about starting a thread and calling it. "Bug snich" where me and anyone would list a bug on what rom and detail ect would that be helpful? Kinda put all the bugs on one thread cause everyone seems to be working on multiple things at the same time idk I just want to help

It's a nice thought, but I think bug lists should go in the relevant ROM thread. Also, someone already did something like this a few days ago.

Just had to re-flash the Gingerbreaked Stock VD image so I could update profile and PRL

This th7 build worked just fine to restore that image, upgraded PRL and Profile, then restore the backup I made.

I used Terminal Emulator on my phone "flash_image recovery /sdcard/CWMRecovery_5.0.2.7-th3_thunderc.img" Worked perfect. Awesome recovery!! Love it!
