hlxanthus did not apply the fix, but ran google voice rather than VVM, so he did not need the fix. (hlxanthus, correct me if I'm wrong).

There is a setting in web google voice settings to forward messages to your gmail. That's how to receive MMS via gv,

Or unintegrate google voice when you first install or reinstall. And click skip when it first installs. You have to make a change in the web settings too. This will get the regular sprint mms working.

I cannot test right now, as I am slumming with the hydro guys right now. But I was able to send and receive mms from the 12/22 build with no funky modifications and running gVoice. Yes, I would perform a full wipe, flash rom then gapps and reboot. No other mods at all. Between different builds I have run full iho builds and barebones it has always worked since beginning with thekravens cm7 back in October or so. That is between androids or iOS devices.

have not tested mms but so far I love the rom I want to say thank you to every one...
I been running noname rom for while and was getting really tired

I still have not been able to get MMS working for me. I have tried several options (different iterations of ROM version, Gapps version, etc.) and finally had to revert to stock ROM
I used the official Sprint ZVD downgrade and was able to send/receive MMS messages. Installed Kraven's CM7 and google apps with the VVM/MMS fix and lost MMS.
I REALLY liked using this ROM and I am miserable using the stock ROM. The only reason I really need MMS is because of all my friends and family that use iphones insist on sending PITA multi-messages that are sent as MMS.
I would like someone to please confirm that it is possible to use MMS with this ROM, and any suggestions for help would be greatly appreciated!

Although not nearly as cool as CM7 you might consider running Reborn Rom or sRom as both are stock variants.

try turning on split messages in messaging settings. See if Google voice integration took over. And unintegrate it.

THe ics animations were in the last build already, this one has the screen rotation one.

It's still uploading slowly.

Thanks thekraven for keeping this updated, im a long time cm7 user and tried hydro rom recently just because it seemed to be the new thing. I missed many cm7 features so I will downgrade to zvd just to run this rom.

Are you uploading a test build or a stable build to replace the 1/16 build? I was planning to update a phone to 1/16 build, but if you're in the process of uploading a new one, I'll hold off.

Ok tested phone calls, working. WIFI working. GPS locked on fast and PERFECT LOCATION. MMS worked great. Can't test bluetooth however. New build seems great and really responsive with the new kernel. THANKS thekraven! And bobzhome for the kernel work as well. Cool we can submit statistics now

Not sure if it has been noted yet but when changing the color of the task bar you can apply the change without rebooting by going to Theme Chooser app and reapplying your current settings.
