Yeah lol. just flash the kdz for gb. or use the lg tool if you haven't updated it before.

I am running the old CM9 KANG test build with a work-around kernel. Can I switch to Arjen's ROM without losing all my apps?
Also, I am not sure which baseband I am using, where I can find out, and how do I upgrade to the new bb if I am on the old bb?

maybe using titanium backup pro... but maybe the restore of your apps in another rom will be buggy o:

Steps to install a working ROM on Phoenix:
- update to new BB
- install Arjen's CM9
- then install the kernel

well im getting a boot loop i flash the cm9 ics provided by arjen and then i flash the new kernel and well it reboots after the LG logo every time over and over and ..........

and i am on new BB updated months ago with lg tools and have also redone with the GB 20f.kdz file

If I may, I would like to offer my deep thanks. The generosity of the android community never ceases to amaze me. You came over to this board and without asking for a thing have given us (a very whiny and needy sub-community) everything we've asked for.

I have no idea how many hours you have put into creating a working ROM and kernel for us, but it obviously wasnt quick and easy.

I'm not sure what the best beer in the Netherlands is, but I'd like to buy you a few bottles of an exotic foreign import (atleast to you it is) know as Bud Lite. It is quite an exquisite beer. So please tip a few back on my behalf and go play with your kids.

Sorry, before you do that, please make a ROM and a kernel for us pathetic Thrive users or I take back everything nice I said.
