[ROM][GINGERBREAD] CyanogenMOD 7 Nightly Builds.

New Kernel coming in tonights build
and what exactly does that mean for us :)

and I don't know if you read any of the last few pages but maybe you can help me out.... SO, I paid for ADW EX and cant use it with CM7 right?

Seth - Sounds like it's downloading but not installing. Try clearing cache from the market and running market fix in Titanium (if you have it) under menu - more in TI.

Acording to what folks are saying in the CM fourm - it should work.

I respect the development of apps. But why walk when you can drive...

If its on the internet its free. The developer didn't pay for it. Only time invested. :)

I SHOULDA DONE MY HOMEWORK FIRST... IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO INTEGRATE ADW EX INTO THE CM NIGHTLIES AT ACCORDING TO SOME OTHER (NAMELESS) :) FORUMS.... JUST WASTED MONEY. but it still blows me away that I cant even find it with root explorer

Did you read that forum link i included with that post?

Didn't see a link - just the NAMELESS void... <<echo...echo... echo>> ;)

And by the way thank you for saying something about that, I am not a fan of thieves, Especially when who knows how long a developer put hours and hours and hours into developing an app

It is right above your last post when you went off on that guy about pirating apps... It is a link to droid forums.

OK - I see it - I looked at that as well earlier - It reads to me that the problem he was having was trying to get the ADW EX settings to show up under the Settings menu where CM put them, rather then just under the launcher. But he had EX running.

When you download it from the market - do you get the install message in the notification bar? I've had a few apps lately download and fail to install. Re downloading it always worked in the past. Did clearing the cache have any effect?

Well, I don't know what caused my gallery to start acting funny, but a reformat of the SD card fixed, so I am back to normal. Thanks to everyone who suggested fixes for this!

You could always make a quick backup and restore to stock. The market should allow you to re-download it. Then, at least, you can get it working and use titanium or something similar to transfer it.

Seth - try logging into your Google Checkout account and make sure everything is updated there.

Another question - when you download the app, do you see the download progress in the notification pull down? Does it complete? You should also see the Install messages there as well.

Under the notification bar the progress bar only shows up for a few seconds and and Disappears and then nothing happens

I prefer to pay for my apps . After all the way I see it is ,,,time IS money .Also a paid app get updated, a pirate app doesnt .
Apps arent much to pay for in comparison with what the phone cost.
Plus many more risk invovled in pirated apps .
Any program can be changed or alterd in an app or program and if properly done you will never know it.

Just my opinion , others may vary ;)

Have you rebooted the phone? Silly question, but the market may need a kick in the pants.
