Is this an actual V rom? It's posted under the P500 on XDA and I am running 1.3 with issues that shouldn't be there on a V.

If you downloaded it directly from the XDA link, it won't work on the Op V. The one linked in this thread has been specifically ported to this phone.

I'm surprised you got 1.3 running if you got it from there.

1.3 was the only rom what would flash. Mirage and Backside would either blank screen on boot or crash after about 5 minutes. I'm not even sure how I got it to be honest though.

2.1 is by far the smoothest yet. Im trying to fix MMS for the system to boot

I cannot get 2.1 to install right. After installing, it gets stuck at the LG logo. I haven't tried 2.0 yet, I am still on 1.4.

If you want 2.1, I'll release it. But no MMS.

This is the rom Ported, based on MiRaGe. Do not flash the XDA one.

get a logcat of the no boot. Ill look at it

How can I do logcat again? It happens when I replace the CDMA file.

If you want 2.1, I'll release it. But no MMS.

@TGL - I'll take the 2.1 port if you have it available. MMS is not that important to me. I can also see if I can figure any workaround for it as well.

Neko just released an update. I'm gonna port it. It's the ' FINALE '. Unless he has a fix.

Hopefully this one goes better than the other.

Looks like Neko even acknowledges a problem with MMS on his end. The newer GS ROMs have been looking a bit bulky. I've been looking around at other ROMs. Might just download Mirage and add my own tweaks and customization. I'd like to stay with Gingerbread, as I like as much stuff to work as possible without using third party app workarounds. I don't need the latest and newest, only the best. Besides, I'm not into all the blue stuff on ICS and JB. Too hard to see.

Yeah. I have a S ll themed rom. Got Accuweather working on any launcher. Full rom is 116 MB. Other one is 98. I'm fighting a Force close with phone now. One fixed, I'ma delete a bunch of tones and what not then release, hopefully.

Idk. I have to check the zip. If it contains Framework-res, I wouldn't think so. But you can take the theme and use it.

quick note the link in the op for 2.2 has double url brackets so the link is broken.
top has code showing.

So can anyone confirm MMS working? I need a GB ROM for Saturday because I have a marching band trip and we won't be back until 2am and I need tether working for me and two other friends vitas... so any confirmation will do. I've tried barnacle since I'm on ICS but the vita doesn't pick up on it. Plus I like the stock lg ui.

if you turn on haptic feedback on the lg keyboard it force closes when you type....

Is there a way to move the trash can?
I want to add different apps to my bottom bar but cant because they get deleted !

Edit: NM. If you click and hold an app from your app drawer, the trashcan moves to the corner
