*super noob here, please don't chew my head off*

Can I use unrevoked with this? I'm not sure what Roms require nand unlock...sorry :o

Is This off the Froyo Build or the 2.1 build of baked snack?
sorry but i've seen 2 different ones over at XDA

alright, it has come to light that this ROM may not be as original as the owner proclaims. over at XDA there is discussion as to the amount of "borrowed" work that remains in this ROM and open source doesn't mean copy and paste. read this link if you're interested. it is by the ROM cooker who made Baked Snack which this ROM is "based" off of.

don't shoot the messenger.

The problem was resolved. Him and I have had a private discussion over the issue and all that needed to be done is add more of a change log and give credit to him for the base.

My phone:
1) Simple rooted, Clockwork installed
2) Software/Build number 1.47.651.1

I got into the ROM Manager, select the first option (Flash ClockworkMod Recovery), confirm the HTC EVO 4G, then get a message that says, "Successfully flashed ClockworkMod recovery". I then select the second option, "Reboot into Recovery", it asks me if I want to reboot into ClockworkMod Recovery, it reboots and I get the "Android system recovery" screen (green letters, black background, shows the build number at the bottom of RA-evo-v1.7.0.1) and it gives me one of the options to "Flash zip from sdcard", which I select. I see the .zip file there, select it, and the following message appears:

Install : t0ast3d_delight_v2.zip?
Press Power to confirm.
any other key to abort.

(I then press the power button)

Install from sdcard...
Finding update package...
Opening update package...
Verifying update package...
E:Wrong digest:
system/app/Rosie.apk
E: Verification failed

Installation aborted.

I select to reboot the phone, and it reboots. I've already wiped data/factory reset, cache, and Dalvik-cache.

Any other suggestions?

Edit: seems I might have found the answer here: I have HBoot 0.79.0000. Will switch and see what happens.

Hey Toasted , great work ! Ive waited to root my evo untill this moment , for a ROM to come out with screen fps fix kernel . Yours rom is the first one i applied . Seems to be working great . The only fcs im getting are when trying to launch GSs LWPs .

Other than that no issues , feels a lot faster and smoother than stock .

Have 1 question for you : If you do power+vol dwn > hboot menu > recovery > nand recovery . Does it mean i can create a custom recovery of the ROM i use ( aka all settings saved ) ?? Or do i get it wrong . Im still learning about all the rooting/flashing/recovery thing . I want to learn everything to be on the safe side when crap hits the fan . Thanks .
