S23+ Ultra to iPhone

I sadly switched from my s23+ ultra to my iPhone. I didn't delete anything on my iPhone but I would like to transfer my pics, calendar and textra text messages. Is the best way to do this by deleting my iPhone and starting over? I don't use the cloud but if that's easier I could. TIA

I personally think it would be simpler starting from a clean iphone and letting the automatic prompts guide you.
I would also backup everything with either google or Samsung in case anything needs to be redone.
